NOX Technologies announces the finalization of an exclusive royalty-bearing license agreement effective January 1, 2008 with NSE Products, Inc. of Provo, Utah for use of NOX Technology’s Naractin TM anti-aging inhibitors of the age-related (ar)NOX proteins in NSE’s line of cosmetics and skin care and dietary supplement products. arNOX is a member of the ENOX family of proteins under investigation at NOX Technologies. The protein usually appears increasingly after age 30 as people grow older. The arNOX protein which generates superoxide and other reactive oxygen species (ROS) has been implicated as a factor contributing to increased and accelerated skin aging.

On advice of Greenlee, Winner and Sullivan of Boulder Colorado, Patent Counsel for NOX Technologies, we are pleased to report correspondence informing us that French Patent Application No. 07 06125 for “Single Chain Pan ECTO-NOX Variable region (SCFV) Antibody, Coding Sequences and Methods” and French Patent Application No. 07 06124 for “Neoplastic-Specific tNOX Isoforms and Methods will be published under publication numbers 2 9-5 381 and 2 905 467, respectively, on March 7, 2008.
